CALLERI WANTS TO BE THE NEXT TEVEZ

West Ham Argentine forward Jonathan Calleri has opened up on his desire to be te next Carlos Tevez. The on-loan striker knows it may take time but eventually he wishes to tow the path of the Argentina fooball legend.

Calleri had an impressive run in his native country but has failed to make as much impact when he moved from Deportivo Maldonado. The 23-year old believes it is just a matter of time before he gets his acts right.

TEVEZ THREATENS RETIREMENT FROM FOOTBALL

Former Manchester United and Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has threatened to retire from active football due to frustrations in his second spell at La Bombonera.


The former West Ham player who refused to come back to England as an agreement couldn’t be reached regarding salary, claimed he could hang his boots anytime at the end of the year.

Tevez wants to end career in Argentina

Carlos Tevez has stated that he wants to end his career by playing in Argentina.


He said that he has enjoyed success all around the world and that it has always been his goal to end his career in his home country. He stated that there is only a slim chance that he will move again to Europe and that at the moment he wants to focus on his football with Boca Juniors.

The former Arsenal man has been with the Spanish side for six years now, being the standout player several times. Carlos Tevez claims Chelsea wants him Back

Carlos Tevez has revealed that Premier league giant Chelsea are interested in bringing him back to European football.


The blues recently appointed Antonio Conte as their new manager. The former Juventus manager knows Tevez extremely well after having been the reason behind the Argentine playing at Turin for a couple of years. During his period in Italy, Tevez won the Italian Serie A title on back-to-back occasions. He also came close to helping the Italian outfit win the Champions League. Since then, he has returned to Argentine football with Boca Juniors. He has the intention of ending his career at the place where it all began for him.

Tevez not coming to West Ham

Carlos Tevez has stated that he is not coming back to the Premier League.


Indeed West Ham were looking to bring back the player that played for them from 2006 to 2007. It is reported that the London club offered the striker a deal of £150,000 a week, but the player rejected the offer judging it to be insufficient. It is believed that the former Juventus player was looking for an offer of around £250,000 a week in order to return to England.

BOCA: TEVEZ IS NOT LEAVING

Boca Juniors coach Guillermo Barros Schelotto has come out to deny reports that star Argentine player Carlos Tevez would be leaving the club anytime soon following their failure to win a record-equalling seventh Copa Libertadores.

The player is obviously depressed with the loss as he returned to his boyhood club to help them end their title drought but they lost to Ecuadorean side Independiente del Valle in the semi finals stage of the tournament. The coach on Wednesday admitted to this depression but said the player would remain with the club despite the result.

West Ham co-chairman David Sullivan questions the love Carlos Tevez has for the club after the former star player didn’t agree to the ‘fair’ amount he proposed but insisted on £250,000-a-week wage to return to the Premier League.


The 32-year Argentine forward currently plies his trade at Boca Juniors in Argentina but he remains one of the most sought after player, based on his experience and achievements. He returned back to his native country after a successful spell at Juventus where he lifted the Serie A and played in the UEFA Champions League final.

JUVENTUS SET TO SELL POGBA

Juventus are reported to be considering selling star player Paul Pogba this summer with bigger bids and more temptation. The club sold other stars eventually like Andrea Pirlo, Arturo Vidal and Carlos Tevez despite initially claiming not to be considering interests.

Real Madrid are the keenest in the market for the French player and might just force the hand of Juve this summer. Last summer Juventus said they would not sell and they remained true to their word but this time they could reconsider with the bods getting higher.
